Cutaneous metastases of prostate cancer are a rare entity and mimic many other common cutaneous conditions such as cellulitis, zosteriform lesions, others, making it easy to misdiagnose. Recognition this condition is vital prevent delays in treatment, lesions usually appear late stages the disease associated with high fatality rate. Here we describe case 64-year-old man history diffuse metastatic carcinoma, who presented suprapubic rash that was initially diagnosed cellulitis but later determined be metastasis. Clinical characteristics metastasis dermal similar clinical presentations discussed. Clinicians should aware consider when evaluating skin soft tissue infections.
